Back protectors and phone skins add extra thickness to the device, which could make the case fit, installation, and removal less smooth. Thus, we do not suggest pairing our SolidX/ SolidSuit case with any back protectors or phone skins.

Does the RHINOSHIELD SolidX case affect your phone’s mobile payment or wireless charging functions?

It will not affect your phone’s NFC or wireless charging functions.

But depending on factors like the NFC reader’s location, the thickness of any attached accessories, and the power of your charger or wireless charging pad.

Is the RHINOSHIELD SolidX case compatible with MagSafe?

The SolidX (standard) supports MagSafe charging, though magnetic strength may vary by case. For optimal performance, we recommend our MagSafe-compatible versions for your device.

How do I clean my RHINOSHIELD SolidX/ SolidSuit case? Can I use alcohol?

For daily cleaning, we suggest using wet wipes. To sanitize, wipe it swiftly with a cloth and a small amount of rubbing alcohol (less than 75%).

Make sure to avoid printed areas.
