I ordered this boxing machine for my sister in law as she is retired now and was afraid if she just "sat around" she would get "fat and lazy". She let me know that this is the best work out that she's ever had and that it's so much fun that it's hard for her to walk away from it. She let me know that she feels so much better since using it. Her daughter and granddaughter love it too so, it allows them to have quality time together along with having fun and "staying in shape". They love the fact that it's blue tooth so they can play their favorite music while working out and having fun. They have already asked if I can order another one for them because they're afraid that they're going to wear this one out. I've never bought anything for anyone that has made them as happy as this has made them. I'm guessing that I'm going to have to order one for myself so that I'm not missing out !!!

The music feature adds a fun twist and helps keep the rhythm while punching. The included gloves are comfortable and fit well. Perfect for both adults and kids who want to stay active and have fun. This boxing machine is great and so easy to install and use. We found it to be a really good workout as well. The only complaint we have is that the power button is a little difficult to use. You really have to push it just right and with a good amount of pressure to activate it.

1st of all, it is smaller than it appears, which makes to store agter use. It is still big enough for an adult to use, and get a great cardio workout at home. From kids to young and older (me) fitness conscious adults, it's a lot of fun, and who doesn't love a fun workout?
